The range extender battery by the way is working properly. The central battery is the problem.

Hans, I sent the range extender Orbea and they reprogramed it. That repaired the purple light flashing problem, however I am still showing and getting only 42 mile range out of the central battery instead of the 62 I used to get up until Dec 21 of this year. I have take to the shop and they are waiting on hardware so that they can see if it is a software problem instead of maybe central battery problem. Any ideas?
