    I have an Orbea Gain and when using my range extender, I get a blinking pink light on my bike control. This has not happened before and just started.

    It needs a soft ware update. I took the range extender to my local bike shop and they are getting the proper patch cord and update to plug in to their computer. The shop is an Orbea dealer so hopefully it can get fixed.

    when turning on my range extender I get a purple flashing light and have to switch it off in order to control the levels on my bike control. This has just started happening. Had been working properly before. Has anyone else had this issue?
