Hi Southern e-biking, no, I didn't call them (or the dealer, or anybody else) at all. I could have actually walked or biked over there, Yamaha US HQ is just down the street from me....

For me it took exactly five months (to the day) to receive the 2nd battery (registered 10/11/2024, battery received 3/11/2025). Got a UPS heads-up the day before, no communications from Yamaha.

Thanks for the update! Does the pedal power display and logging (to a connected phone app) work? That would be my main interest in getting the Display C.

I'm very happy with my Wabash RT. The lowest gear is almost 1:1 (44T to 42T), so should be good for climbing. If your back hurts already, maybe you shouldn't jump, and don't need suspension if you stick to trails and roads?

My 2024 Wabash RT with the PW-ST motor arrived (only 10 days after ordering): the Q factor is 175mm. Chainline 54mm.

That's a quarter of a picocoulomb. It's not nothing, it's a quarter of a whole Volt on a picofarad....

Any info on Q factor of the Yamaha Wabash RT? Yamaha says the 2025 model (with the PW-S2 motor replacing the PW-ST motor in the 2022 model) has a smaller Q factor, but they don't tell you what it is!
