My fix was to pay a handy person to fix my problem. Though I did more research to find using a small wrench on the end of the axle to turn it slightly releases the rear wheel. I have not tried this as I used an open wallet to fix my problem this one time.
I will have to wait until tomorrow to take and upload pictures. I saw on one other video a person using a rubber mallet to free the wheel. I want to be sure I didn't miss a screw somewhere before I start whacking the wheel.

I need to do a rear wheel inner tube replacement. I have the rear derailleur off, both sides of the axle nuts and washers off and the power cable disconnected. The rear wheel will not come off from the frame. Did I miss a step?
