    Lectric Trike reboxing

Lectric has begun to ship a new trike to wife. Was told at one time, it would be a .2 trike, but no. It is the same as the one returned. Hopefully new and sans the bearing issue. Looks to have a set of baskets. I was told to remove ours. So an extra set to go with the set left over from my...

    Lectric Trike reboxing

Finally got my wife's trike off to Lectric. I had 31 emails in my inbox associated with the return. Lectric sent the return box to me. So emails were from FedEx, Lectric notice of email received, and emails from 4 different customer service people. Some emails were bounced back and forth...

    Lectric Trike reboxing

I will let it be known, if I am able to iron out a couple other issues. May take a few weeks. They are working well with me of their own accord.... Maybe don't want to jinx it.

    Lectric Trike reboxing

Has anyone reboxed a trike for return to Lectric? I am trying to get it shipped out tomorrow. Seems to be a headache. I have it done. Waiting for Lectric's approval to ship. Any pointers? Thanks, Steve

I never agreed with Peta until today.

My problem with assassination as a perceived penalty for someone's actions is it is too abrupt. There is no public airing of grievance, no public charge to be judged on. The assassin functions as judge, jury and executioner and that action should have no acceptance anywhere on planet Earth.

    Inclined I am.

    Rear Brake linereplacement

Yeah, I just wish I had a dry line shipped. There is a keeper that was not secured as it should have been. A honeysuckle vine wrapped around my wheel and forced the unkept line into the rotor. I removed the vine, but after a few stops a bubble developed and burst.

    Good uses for walk mode

Did not want to start a new thread. This may have been mentioned here. I did not read it all. Bike: Lectric Xpeak I have have been using walk mode while on the bike to initiate motion while in a tight space. The torque is plenty good at low speed. Even up a slight grade. It is safer than cadence...

    Rear Brake linereplacement

Thanks, but it's hydraulic brakes. My prob is getting the parts thru the frame w/o opening the fluid system. I am thinking of gorilla tape down the frame side til I get to the original routing.

    Rear Brake linereplacement

Lectric sent me a rear brake kit for my step thru Xpeak. I need a new brake line. What I received is brake lever, reservoir, line, caliper and pads. It appears the system is wet (charged with fluid). I don't see away to thread either lever or caliper thru the frame. Am I missing something? I...

    Rear brake line

Oh I agree. I just wondered if Lectric chose a different way to use it.

    Rear brake line

Xpeak step thru. While maneuvering thru trails, something hung my rear brake line and pulled it into my rotor. On the frame there is a two hole keeper the brake line is to be retained in. Only one hole was captured by the screw. Question: Is your Xpeak step thru rear brake line captured in this...

Lectric eBikes Announces End To International Shipping, Effectively Abandoning International Customers

Wow! I hope someone finds away to act as a go between to get parts to our friends to the north. An explanation of reasons seems appropriate. After all, a portion of their company purchases rely on the international market.
