How many company reps are on this page? can you tell me why you charge 8% for an unfulfilled order that was canceled?

I have been told to expect a refund in about 10 days minus the 8% fee. So buyer beware.

I asked for a refund. Just hoping I don’t have to do a charge back with my card.

They deleted the “unfulfilled” status after I sent them an email requesting the refund. They promised to ship in one week amd a two to three week delivery.

They responded fast to a public comment.
