Oh, doing well. Have gone with Rad Power Bikes since, was not impressed with Teo's after sale service. Got us a pair of folding models for us, (Rad Minis) we have an RV and cannot carry full size bikes. Love them, extraordinary after sales service from a company 3000km away... I'll ride my Teo...

I opened the Bafang, found some rust. Sanded everything, replaced grease, the. Nylon gears were fine, no damage, no teeth missing, moved very well. Someone tells me it's probably a clutch problem or a sync issue that makes the motor turn the wrong way... Not sure how to check either... More...

My motor is spinning but not the wheel... trying to figure it out - not really interested in spending that much for a new motor on a 4 years ebike... I'll get a new bike instead.

My wheel stopped spinning under power. I can hear the motor spinning inside the hub, but nothing, no resistance, nothing. I took it apart, found some rust, sanded everything as best as I could, cleaned all the teeth on the 3 plastic gears (none missing or damaged) and re-greased. Sanded and...

That is the battery connector... There is no other connector. I kinda thought I could remove the battery from the bike, connect the Luna pump to the battery and use it to inflate the tires and then put the battery back...

If you find a replacement controller, please share your findings. Good luck.

I have a 2017 Téo S Ltd. Bought a 750W but received a 500W. Rear cargo rack is very slanted and broke off eventually. Decent bike, decent components but not very good support from Téo. I would recommend Voltbike.

I ordered one. Got it, but have never been able to use it. No connector found. It's in a drawer somewhere....

Based on my experience with Téo and their lack of any free after sales support, I also stopped recommending their bikes. I pointed my friends to either Rad or Volt Bikes. They have been very, very with after sales support. Sad really, as Téo did have a good offering.

Sadly, due to a lack of participation, the Facebook Teo Owners Group is no more. There are many very active groups: Rad Power Bikes, Sondors and Voltbike, among others. Our bikes are all very, very similar in design and components, it is well worth participating in those and others. Now, let's...

Are you sure about that price for the Haibike Urban Plus? Never seen it at that price...

Looks to me like the new 2018 Voltbike is the one to get. The new updates makes it the better choice/value and Voltbike provides good support. I have a Téo, I love it, but have been very disappointed with after sales support, they have no clue of what is great support.
