Hello all, just letting everyone know this bike is for sale. Here is the listing: https://electricbikereview.com/forums/threads/haibike-fullseven-lt-9-0-brand-new-motor.52238/
I am selling my 2019 Haibike FellSeven LT 9.0 with brand new Bosch Performance Line CX. The bike has 1400 miles, the motor has 12. Also new are the cassette, chain and chainring.
Size is XL
Also included are:
- Three sets of tires: Schwalbe Smart Sam (installed), Bontrager LT4 Expert (great in...
Yeah, I’m still of the opinion that the motor was my property. It’s moot now, I bought an Orbea Rise and am selling the Haibike with 12 miles on the new motor.
Thinking back, I think I bought the first one for my Orbea Rise, from bike closet for $389 around Black Friday. I then bought another for the Vado SL for $430-ish from planet cyclery. Both great prices but that $389 was a steal.
I’ve had this happen twice, once before taking it back to the shop and once after. Since I was in a middle gear it wouldn’t seem it had to do with the derailleur. Maybe chain too long? I was able to get a link or two back on the chainring and roll it out both times, with difficulty.
I’m sold on...
Update on SRAM GX AXS install on Vado SL 4.0. When sizing chain, adding 2 links, one inner and one outer, works perfectly. Note that I had already converted the bike to 12-speed.
@mogulman I’m converting my SL to AXS right now. I did the same with my Orbea Rise two weeks ago and love it. I have painful basal thumb arthritis and it really helps. Plus it’s cool and I love the way it shifts.
Anyway did you end up resizing the chain? Thats where I am right now and the video...
I'm not carrying on. In fact I had pretty much dropped the issue until I realized yesterday that there were a lot of replies since I had looked at the thread. I posted a reply to be polite to people who had taken their time to give their thoughts.
If someone wants to make a point that I don't...
I disagree that I don't own it. I own it because I purchased it. Just as I own the motor in my car, and in past motorcycles, and in anything else I've ever had with a motor. An ebike motor isn't licensed to me, it is not leased. It was purchased. If I want to take the motor out of my bike and...
I posted this in the general forum, but want to put a link here in chase anyone is interested. Or if Bosch is interested in responding.

My position exactly, and I stated it very clearly in front of the husband/wife owners and the mechanic. I like the shop, they run a nice operation and have gone out of their way to help me. They did open the motor up to see if it could be repaired, and they told me they tried both Bosch and...
