Or is this the part I need? Again it is for a rear wheel but looks like it fits a foot wheel on a fat tire bike...

The inner length of the dropouts on the front fork is 135mm x 9mm. It looks like a hollow rear shaft axel might do the trick. They measure 145.4mm will this work...
