My comment on the Park Tool vid is that you have to count the links, not just rely on side-by-side length. Chains stretch, and old will not match new in length with the correct number of links.

Glad to hear that, Jeremy. I’m in a similar boat (bike, really). Although I’ve had type 2 diabetes for many years because of exceptionally high sugar intake for too many years. Having said that, even with the diabetes meds, I have not brought my A1C numbers down into the normal range...
