My K-edge chain catcher has been fantastic, not a single slipped chain since I fitted it. Although I started getting some chain suck, but I've learnt if I keep my chain clean and oiled it doesn't happen.

The chain catcher is working well, I felt the chain wanting to come off a couple of times this week but it stayed on, the chain catcher has a couple of marks on it confirming the chain made contact. Happy that this has hopefully resolved my chain coming off issue.

Well after 3yrs and just under 10,000km my rack snapped an arm and it's not even at the weld. I just carry a pannier with my laptop so the weight isn't excessive.

I think you are better off with another more upright bike with front suspension. I changed my stem to an adjustable angle one but you still lean on the handlebars instead on sitting upright. Shop for a bike that fits better instead of making it fit.

You should be taking your bike back to the shop in a few weeks for the free 1 month service, get them to look at / bleed the brakes for you then.
