I got an answer to my question from Ride1up.

I am curious to the circumference size of the down tube on the CF Racer 1, I've looked online for a bit, can't seem to find it. Could someone please measure the circumference of the down tube on their CF Racer 1? I would like to see how it compares to a Specialized Turbo Vado SL 4.0 down tube.

Fantastic work, and it looks great! Can you give more details on how you did your build? I want a CF Racer myself, buy haven't pulled the trigger yet because of the drop bars.

Very nice additions. Big fan of the SQ Lab Inner Bar Ends, I have them on several of my bikes. I also just picked up a Turbo Vado SL 4.0, same color as yours and am thrilled with it so far.

Well, I am looking for a bit more power when needed, as the 700 could use more torque for the hills. I will go for the kit then with the new display and see how that goes.

My motor shows SY2248700CTH0117PS1. Not sure whether to give the different controller a try since I have one of the earliest versions.

You have a different model than mine. I have the earlier version which I am going to guess cannot be upgraded.
