As mentioned by others, the US is big and people's needs vary which is why choice is good. I work in the 13th most populous county in the US and EVs have grown their share in total vehicle registrations every single month since they started tracking in 2017. Currently at 9.66% of registered...
Curious, where do you live that allows refueling on the go, so an ICE van doesn't need to stop to refuel? Less than 10% of the miles I drive/cycle would NOT be satisfied by home charging.
Watch parties sound fun, but not sure how practical/workable it would be for me as a West Coast working stiff. I leave for work at 7 or 8 depending on the day which is usually just as things are starting to climax. I had decent luck watching a few of the Giro stages that had earlier start...
I read that WVA's elbow was visibly swollen last night and not responding to treatment, so they pulled the cord. No sense in further aggravating an injury just so he can get some miles in on stages he has no shot of winning.
@Rás Cnoic yes, I guess Onley went down on a descent and finished 28...
I don't see Decathlon defending well, so the longer Seixas can wait the better. But the longer he waits the more decisive his move will have to be to get him to the top of the GC.
Agree with Stomp. Visma is the team to beat - they'll put Jorgenson in position to seize the GC, but we'll have...
Sounds like they need to build a datacenter or two up there.
BTW, you Brits are still doing things the hard way. Why bother building the wind farm at all just to work the system for profit? Here in America you can get paid a billion dollars just to not build a wind farm in the first place.
I remember 30 years ago, right after I moved to North Carolina I went to a diner and asked if I could have hash browns instead of grits with my breakfast.
The waitress looked at me and said, "Honey, I can get you a side plate with hash browns, but there's going to be grits on your plate whether...
The Giro stage 9 is shaping up to a great finale with 50k to go. Niedermaier has looked way too good the last few days for Vollering and AVB to mess around playing games with each other instead of just catching the breakaway.
I'll have to go back later and see how Niedermaier managed to slip away.
Two of the best ever, it's hard to root against either one. Vollering is a little more engaging, but I'll lean towards VDB just for combating Vollering's dominance this year.
Fun fact: VDB(65) and Vollering(64) have combined for 129 pro wins. 39yr old Marianne Vos has twice that many with 258...
If the scale make and model is correct (from a BikeRadar article in 2025 TdF) it is a Kern CH 15/20
According to the specs it has a .5% tolerance taken from it's max rated weight measurement of 15kg. In other words a tolerance of 75g. Since it only resolves to 20g, it's linearity is +-40g...
Its quite possible to believe the penalty is too harsh for a 21 stage race and still understand how and why the penalty was applied. The UCI puts themselves in these positions with poorly thought out rules and penalties. Then they fuel controversy and speculation by not releasing information...
Not at all. It's a little harder if you're a Luddite without a smartphone.
Assuming you've already copied the photo from your camera to your desktop/laptop, just open the image directly in the Chrome browser. Then just right click to get the option to search with Lens.
Looks like you have a...
I agree, I don't mind the grey and orange. Especially when it's Ganna out in front making the peloton chase.
I think the INEOS bikes say Pinarello on the right side and Dogma on the left side.
