i just used this.Slid it under the battery which pushed the clip down and pulled it out then finished the job with tweezers. -
I don't think it matters much where the hoods or drops are. Most who ride drop bar bikes will ride in the flats for a more upright...

well, I’m guessing a lot more of the savings come from the carbon rims, lighter groupset, carbon cockpit, etc! but yes, the tires too!

Looks like the answer for less weight was remove the lights and swap the wire bead Hemisphere 47's for narrower rims and foldable...
