On the Bottle Bob, the bolts are too long so you need a washer or two on the cage side to prevent the bolt to hit the seat tube.

Regarding installation of the Bottle Bob: You may have to put washers under the bolt heads to avoid them passing thru and scratching your bikes paint. It is a great method of attaching the Bottle battery though.

Haha, I will. That was the trial run and it was fun to for the first time in my life not have to pedal. What a luxury! Good to know it is on par with what is expected. I'm gonna buy another and put it in my pocket. Stay tuned.

Here's another question. I am gonna get the Koolstop inserts for the original brakes. I can also get the longer ones since I have extra Weinmann pads for the rear. Will that help with stopping or is it necessary? Is it too much stopping power on the "flimsy", by todays standards, brake?
