Turbo Vado SL2 6.0 Eq Carbon - intermittent power issues

Your best bet for the terrain around the Peak District is to change the gearing ie chainring and wider range cassette that way you will be able to spin the cranks a bit better while climbing.

Turbo Vado SL2 6.0 Eq Carbon - intermittent power issues

I'm using a 38 chainring on my Creo mk1 for the hills you are talking about around Macclesfield and it's still a struggle sometimes especially around Macclesfield Forest and the Goyt Valley ( Pyms Chair) when I change Cassettes at the end of the year I will probably go 11/46 which should help.

    2025 Vado

Marts, I think at your age and fitness you would be absolutely fine with a Vado SL, I have a flat bar Creo which is basically the same just carbon frame but same engine and battery, I have had it just over 4 yrs and regularly do 40 mile 4500 ft rides around the Peak District which has some...

    New Creo2

Yes Vado assist selector on mine and XT brake levers which work perfectly with grx calipers. I have just converted a Pinarello to flat bar as well, I just find lightweight nimble short wheel based bikes so much better to ride.

    Battery charging

Well I have just charged back to 100% from 80% and it didn't register a charge on my Mk1 Creo and a friend on a full power Levo has done the same and it didn't register a charge, like you say just our experiences.
