Witht eh new display or the old display unit I cant get into the walk mode..pressing/holding down the down arrow key doesn't get me into walk mode

I know that you are supposed hold down the down arrow key ..but it doesn't go into walk mode..nothing happens. I did go thru the programming modes an set up the SW900
