Hi, It seems like I have a dead Mahle x35 battery (error 194), that I think I’ll need to get replaced. Can anyone recommend a bike shop in the Nevada, Arizona, Utah region that would be able to do this? The bike is a 3T ExploroMax Boost and no 3T dealers in the area. Thanks!

Have charged for 3 hours and still no change on battery status. I’m going to unplug now charge with the purple (error) light flashing. Previously, I charged when it was at the ON (white light) mode. The mode during charging shouldn’t matter, right?

I bought the cable and flashed. Fixed the error code. Cable was expensive, but I figure I could use it for future updates. All good now.

@qajaq did you end up finding a solution for the AXS? I have a Mahle x35 based 3T Exploro and was wondering about AXS since I already have a spare Eagle AXS RD and paddle shifter. I would just need the Rotor 11-42 cassette and a KMC chain.

@youngoldbloke I saw on another forum that you ended up using the Blackburn Outpost? How has it been? My ebike places the Extender under the downtube and I wanted to use the Blackburn also. Though, i wish I could easily remove the cage without have to unscrew the bolts. Thanks!

I have a 3T Exploro Boost And just got the Error Code 193 (cell over voltage). Unfortunately, the closest dealer is a 3 hour drive from me. Has anyone updated their x35 systems/batteries themselves? the firmware update resolves this issue. Thanks for any suggestions!
