Hi, may I ask how much you spent on your bike? I recently finished up a conversion a few months back and they got better results than I thought I could get on it. I average about 35 to 38 miles an hour. I'm also using a smaller lithium-ion battery it looks like. Are you using an SLA battery? Its also mid-drive set up that I have... Jason
