I have a metal cutter, too. I won't have to crank it manually after I fasten it to the cogwheel on my derailleur. That's a job for J B Weld.

Yes, you have the removal tool and the whip. There is no reason for any cassette cogs to be loose unless they were installed...

Thanks, I have a luna tool kit that came with one of my bikes. It has a whip and a cassette removal tool. Pretty sure it will work...
