CHere's my bars, good sweep and much narrower then the stock bars. Tried inner bars at one stage using cast off hoods (removed levers)...

Yes, quite straight forward. However I've never had to remove the wheel for puncture repair (tubed tyre). It's easily done in situ.

In my case the same as with a chain execept that I have to disconnect the cables to the electronic shifter.
