X35 Extender Battery

Hi ...I.ve just bought a new Vibe H30.
I.m on the porky side ...20stone. I was going to buy the above, given my weight and living in a very hilly area.( Derwent Valley, North East)
I cant find it anywhere in the shops. Also, Ribble seem to do backorders of it, but call it a Mahle ...which I.m pretty sure is the X35.
Can someone just confirm it would fit my new bike please. Orbea customer service is poor. Zero response. Their website wont let me order it.
Is the X35 extender being discontinued and replaced?

Hi,
I don't know where to get the extender, but wondering about your experience with the H30. I'm a bigger guy also. I live in the mountains of Colorado (used to live in flatter terrain). So I was looking for a little help going up hills, but not a full blown ebike. Was wondering if you found the Motor on the Vibe strong enough to help you? or if I should be looking for something with more power/mid drive?

Hi ...I stopped my order based on the experiences of a mate who already had the same battery , rear hub motor on his Ribble Cycle Gravel bike. He couldnt get up the hills - the assist/ torque wasnt enough. He reckons the gear range didnt help either. I bought an ugly Haibike trekker in the end. 630 battery, 70nm torque ...coming on Friday. Best I can say. Me and my mate arent fit, maybe the Orbea will be fine for you.
