Yeah, I'm excited to see new stuff, always, but when I first saw the TQ specs I immediately thought of my friends up north. The eProdigy is a 750w motor, and I'm pretty sure the TQ is as well. That might cause some legal issues in the EU. I doubt it would mean anything for the states though.
