One thing I'm butting my head against with the Discover II. I want to try some long bicycle trips and some bicycle camping. I picked up a Burley Coho XL trailer on Ebay and was going to connect a 100 watt solar panel on top to extend my range. My concern is the plug from the charger to the battery is a proprietor plug that I can't locate anywhere. I contacted Velotric and also Dongguan Angdi Technology Co. that makes the Velotric charger about acquiring a plug and cable set but with no luck. I'll need that to connect the battery to the Genasun GVB-8-Li-54.2 Volt controller that will convert the solar voltage to the battery charging voltage.
I would hate to purchase a 2nd charger just to cannibalize the plug off of it. Just wondering if anyone has a suggestion? I attached a picture of the Discover II plug from the charger.
