Vado battery swap

I have two Vados with the 710 Wh battery. Can I swap the batteries between them without issue, or are they somehow "coded" to their respective motors?

Swap away! We have 2 bikes, 3 batteries and the 3 have been used interchangeably.

As @RTeremi said, Specialized batteries are not hardcoded and can be swapped between different compatible e-bikes freely. For a given type of a Specialized e-bike, the batteries can be also swapped between different models, such as Vado, Tero, Tero X or Como. It also makes it easy to own spare batteries.
