Vado 2.0 Turn battery on but Control panel does not come on...

We have a small fleet of Vado's... this happened to one a few weeks back and I lightly sanded contacts and it solved it. This time nothing seems to work.... Any suggestions out there...? The bike is out on tour not here in shop where I have diagnostic tools

I can't offer much advice. Have you reached out to the dealer or Specialized?

I can’t offer any help, but I’m having a similar issue with my Vado 3.0 where the display is active but it doesn’t respond to the controller. Did your bikes get wet by chance? My problem cropped up both times after biking in the rain.
