Turbo Vado 5.0 IGH Enviolo Upgrade?

Which hub does the Turbo Vado 5.0 IGH come with (mine is a ~2021). I've kind of had it with the slipping at high torque - and am thinking of replacing. Would the HD be an upgrade (is that what it comes with) or perhaps maybe the extreme?

I love the bike otherwise as it's a perfect throw your stuff in and go - but even with the motor off I can slip the hub. It's a little dangerous when I go from my analog bike and go to mash up a hill and it slips.

I have the same year also .i had slipping I replaced the rear 24 tooth cog with a 22 which is the standard now. Still slipping, prob. Worse. They replaced the hub, started slipping 3 rides later . My bike started having electronic issue like the plus button was being pushed while riding and the display went to walk mode ,happened while moving and a couple time while sitting on the kickstand . They replaced the display along with the attached buttons and said it shoul fix the slipping. I thougt they nuts to think it would fix the slipping too but it did ! a little over 2 years and 1 repair out of warranty for 200$ which I don’t agree is fair but finally working correctly .

Regarding slipping, I found calibrating through enviolo app with a loose belt can essentially increase the available gearing ratio on the hub which allows lower cadence at high speeds...but the added gearing range can lead to slippage. I'm not sure if the same phenomenon, but there may be a common sensitivity that makes hub more prone to slipping. I also swapped to a 22 (I found this during install / tuning). I still use relatively low tension (~35?), and do not have slipping. I suspect the lower tension allows automatiq controller to move through gearing with less restriction during calibration so it can get a slightly higher gearing ratio than with a higher tension belt
