The Ultimate folding bike?

I'm building a small van camper and trying to figure out a way to carry a bike. Most folders are a little big. They are like 3 feet by 2 feet. The 60# weight is a bit much to heft on to a roof rack, and that's what the fat tire versions weigh. The main feature of folders seems to be that they go in a trunk. A light bike is a real feature.
