Suspension saddle post

Hi Court, just wondering what suspension saddle/seat post you would recommend for a folding e-bike please, I was looking at possibly the Canecreek Thudbuster, but but not sure if to get the ST (short travel) or the LT (long travel), any advice would be very helpful, as it's for this e-bike. Thanks and safe riding
