I need a battery for my 750W BBS02, but there are so many options (eBay, Amazon, aliexpress, etc) I wanted some suggestions.

Either one that fits on the downtube or a the rearrack.

It would help if you suggested how many amp hours you are considering. Or maybe you are only shopping by price and don't care about the size?

Also, these places:
bmsbattery.com
Luna cycles

I would not buy it on Amazon, Ebay or Aliexpress unless you're really on a budget and are prepared to take risks. Most batteries today come straight from China, even Bosch was talking about moving it to China. But the quality of product and reliability of seller is a big factor here.

After I did a lot of research, I came the conclusion that the EM3ev makes a great battery... Luna has great batteries too, I probably would have ordered from them at the time I was purchasing the BBSHD but they were out of stock on just about everything... It seemed that things worked out for the better price wise... even though shipping a battery from China cost $84, It was still quite a bit cheaper than Luna for a 52V 14ah battery... I think I paid like $335. vs. $599... I needed to wait 3 weeks for delivery.
I ordered a different battery for my other bike because it was such a tight fit, I ordered it from Bafangusa.com, the price wasn't too bad, but the quality difference in the batteries and mounts were huge... EM3ev is a way better system... BafangUSA battery does not have an "off" switch and it feels wimpy when mounting the battery on the back plate... The EM3ev mounts with a thud! Feels very solid... and it has an "Off" switch.

Hey guys, thanks for all the suggestions. I went with a UPP (Unit Pack Power) 48v 14.5aH battery. It was about $390 on eBay, and it has Samsung cells.

I heard pretty good things about UPP so I thought I'd give it a shot. I'll update (or possible create a new thread) once I've used it for a few weeks.

On a brief glance, 48V, 11.5-12 AH, with shipping:

bmsbattery - $300,
em3ev - $400
Luna - $507 though slightly bigger 13.5 AH.

Luna is the US seller of Chinese batteries, the other two are Hong Kong sellers.
Couldn't watch em3ev video - too many "Wows" and "Yahoos" to my taste, kind of a youtuber style - this doesn't of course reflect on the product.
