Anyone know how to get a stuck Stromer battery door open. Key only turn very slightly and I can hear it click but not disengage. Pushed the button and battery door opens slightly. Thanks.

Just want to say you are not the only one and I am having the same issue. The key has been stuck, and I am scared turning it with more force will break the key.
On my St2 they had to take out a bolt at the botton near the bottom bracket .I did not see them do it but was told afterwards.it was a bigger bolt recessed ina plastic ring ….I think. I no longer have any Stromers to look at to make sure of the bolt
