Just purchased a new Stromer 2 and the horn doesn’t work. Any tips?

Just purchased a new Stromer 2 and the horn doesn’t work. Any tips?

If you bought it from a dealer, obviously take it back to them.

If you bought it secondhand, you could run some diagnostics. To see if it is a button/wire issue, lock your bike in the Omni, and then try to ride it. It should set off the alarm. If you hear something you will know it is the button or wiring to the horn. If not it’s the horn itself.
