SRAM AXS on a Turbo Vado 5.0?

I had the great experience of using the SRAM AXS electronic shifting on my previous Trek Allant+ 9.9S and wanted to know if the SRAM AXS can be used with the Turbo Vado 5.0.
If so, other than the SRAM AXS shifter and derailleur, do I need to change anything else? Like cassette, hub, chain, ?
Just want to know before I consider it and if so, what I'm in store for.

Yep, the bike can take AXS no prob, you'll need to swap shifter, derailleur, cassette, chain, freehub. Chainring should be okay.

It's the freehub I'm not understanding.
Re-lace the wheel with a new on (Onyx or?), or some sort of adapter?

No, you can simply change the freehub body itself. No need to relace. Keep in mind not all wheels are able to do this, fortunately Specialized has used a hub that allows you to change it out.
