Speed limit on Display Settings

Hi I was curious as to whether adjusting the speed limit in the display settings on Rize bikes effects both pedal assist and the throttle?

Also, does changing the pedal assist levels (1,2,3 etc...) effect the throttle as well?

I have not found any difference in the pedal-assist or throttle when changing the speed limit Also the throttle response is not affected by the PAS level selected.
