Just passing along this story, as I had a conversation with a 20+ year veteran of a famous bike store and it was his opinion that the new guy from Dyson knows nothing about the bike industry.
MAYBE this is why the new direction was chosen by Specialized direct to consumers. Like Dyson sales were...in the beginning.
