Just not enough information. Therein lies the problem buying a used ebike from a stranger; not enough reliable information.
If the battery were charged a dozen times, stored at room temperature and maintained at 60% charge while stored, you could see years of good use from it. If the battery were deeply discharged and charged full a few hundred times, you'll need a new battery soon.
That doesn't mean a used ebike isn't a good buy. For a first gen Sondors bike it would need to be fairly inexpensive to be a good buy.

Lots of factors. Depends on how they used it mainly. If you can see how many miles are on the bike display (it should have a total miles), then you can estimate roughly how many charge cycles. Also, find out if they stored it a 100% over the winter or for large periods of time. Sondors bikes are cheap and the batteries are not expensive either.
You can get a new Sondors X for $1269 shipped which includes LCD, 7 Speeds, front suspension and 48v 17.5aH battery with Samsung cells, which is pretty decent for an entry level ebike and with a much better battery than the original Sondors.

The original Sondors in 2015 didn't have an LCD, and is a one speed. In general, the later model with an LCD and a 7 speed derailleur is preferred. Ask the seller what kind of range he gets now, and whether he pedals it. I think $350 isn't a bad price if it's a newer one. The older one ...maybe $300. It had to have been a heavy bike to move wih only one gear.
Light use iis like taking it down to half charge on pedal assist. Heavy use is run the bike on throttle til it stops. The latter shortens lifetime. The former is pretty easy on a battery. I've got a battery from 2015 (not a sondors bike) and it saw light usage. Still at 90% of its original capacity.

The original post started on July 29th. Doubt if he is still making a decision.
I have an original Indiegogo 2015 Sondors. Just turned over 1,700 miles on it. Original tires, original brake pads. The Bafang geared hub motor failed at 1,690. The motor was looked at by a Sondors rep and some cold solder joints were redone. Failed after another 10 miles, but I was shocked when they sent me a brand new motor, no charge! It rides pretty nicely on everything but long hills. Running on the local crushed stone rail trail is an easy ride.
