Your website has absolutely been the most valuable of any source in trying to find an ebike for my wife. Your information is the most comprehensive and your video reviews are great.
Unfortunately I still struggle to find a bike that offers 100% of our ideal criteria. Your website is great for letting me search based on some criteria like mid-drive motors, but I find the need to be more specific. My constructive suggestion for your website and for my selfish need is to allow searching on all of the following criteria:
Step-through, mid-drive, torque sensor (not just cadence), thumb-throttle (not twist), & hydraulic brakes.
The closest that I've found is the Dost Drop and the Pedego City Commuter Mid-Drive. The Dost Drop is almost perfect but lacks the torque sensor. The Pedego has the torque sensor but has a twist throttle that we dislike, lacks the hydraulic brakes, and we're not fans of the shifter even though that's not a deal breaker.
I can't tell if we're looking for a unicorn which doesn't exist, or if we simply haven't yet found a bike that does exist. Your website clearly has all the necessary information but the search is limited so I can't be as precise as I'd like to be. Perhaps that's intentional so people like me have to click on many bikes/pages to read the details for each, but a finer grain search would be nice.
So does the bike I'd like for my wife exist?
Thank you!
