So I have the controller out, but I can’t get it back in w/o pulling apart.

I’m trying to pull them down, but it’s stuck up in the frame I think in a knot, probably for a good reason.. how do I flip the controller so it fits with out coming apart?

Got it back in but tore the sensor off, Smh now my pedal assist is won’t work,
