Shocks

Hey my name is Travis Smith, I'm just wondering how to set your shocks in the front of your ebike, I'm a heavier rider and would like to have them set for me if you could get back to me as soon as you can that would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Is there a decal on the fork saying what brand it is?

It is possible there is no adjustment available (budget bike), or if it is an expensive bike, multitudes of customizable settings. What is at the top of the fork (crown) on the left and right sides?

If there is anything to adjust, the left side with have a dial which sets the pre-load of the coil spring, or an air valve to adjust an air spring. The goal is to set the sag; when you sit on the bike, the fork should compress about 25-30% of its total travel.
