That would be the right sticker for something like a laptop with it's battery installed.
Not appropriate for a standalone 500wh+ battery!

OP, that size battery gets into hazmat shipping.

Fedex or UPS can do it, usually at a "customer care center" location. It has to go strictly ground only. USPS can do it but I've had mixed results.
