RIZE RX Front Light Not Working

HELP! My RIZE RX front light will not turn on.
Discovered this last night when it didn't come on automatically (sensor) and does not turn on with manual button. My back brake light comes on but not the front light.
Can anyone suggest how I should fix this (eg. troubleshoot, DIY hack, instructions on how to replace/install new light, best way to get this fixed).
I live in Vancouver BC so if anyone knows of a bike shop that will work on RIZE Ebikes, that would also be helpful and super appreciated.

Why would you not take it to Rize in Richmond?

After double checking the connector on the wire leading back from the headlight to make sure it was set and not corroded, I would start with a volt meter hooked up to the 2 wires leading to the light.

The Rize office in Richmond is just a showroom - they don't do repairs unfortunately.

Try holding light button down for 3 sec. Worked for me.
