Rim leaking at seam

I have a HaiBike SDuro 6.0. The front (27.5) rim has a pinhole leak on the rim join seam. I run tubeless and the tire leaks down in a couple hours. What are my options? Repair, seal, replace?

if the joint is sound I would seal it clean it well and a little epoxy or some silicone adhesive on the inside should do it. jb weld is really strong. just work it into the gap on the inside and let it cure.

That seems bigger than a pinhole if the tire empties in a couple hours, so you'll really want to inspect the inside to make sure the seam hasn't cracked. I would put just a tiny dab of JB Weld epoxy on the seam on the inside.

If the wheel flex’s any, JB weld may start to disbond for epoxy won’t bend or flex. A flexible RTV sealant might be better. Throughly clean the area with MEK or similar prior to application of whatever you use.
