Been riding my Vado 4 obsessively almost every day for months now. Decided to shake things up for a brief moment. My LBS has a 2020 Levo SL in their rental fleet. Today I rented it for the weekend. I took it out on the trails close to my property this afternoon. It's such a different feel and dynamic from the Vado 4. I've only had the SL for one day, but I've already learned something important. I'm a really cruddy mountain bike rider and that it feels really good learn something new about e-bikes!
Tomorrow, I'm going to take it to a 28,000 acre mountain bike park about 15-20 miles from my house. In the winter it's a x-country ski center and in the summer it switches over to mountain bikes.
Also, I don't know if all bike shops do this, but renting this bike for a weekend was a super deal. They're closed on Sundays. I picked it up about 2 today (Friday). They only charged me for one day. I'll bring it back on Monday. The whole charge for 2.5 days was $60. Pretty awesome!
