Rear sprocket has too much play - not able to adjust index shifting.

Anyone have a similar issue?

I was having shifting issues and not able to index to the next near without lots of chain rattle and skipping.

I just noticed play in the rear sprocket.

8 sp cassette? There should be a lock ring. Take the rear wheel off and verify it has the lockring on the cassette.
