Radwagon passenger capacity

Hello Radwagon owners!
Radrover owner here looking to purchase the Radwagon to replace my old fashioned gasoline vehicle. I know that the radwagon has about 120lbs of cargo/passenger capacity excluding the weight of the driver. I am planning on carrying groceries and other cargo. Also drives around town with my wife. No kids yet

1. What upgrade options are there to increase the passenger/cargo capacity?

2. Has anyone upgraded their motor? Added a motor? Any wheel upgrades? Will these improve the weight limit on the wagon?

I also have this question. I still haven't bought a Radwagon, so I guess I could go for a Yuba.
I'm interested in having my 14 yo son as passenger. 120lbs is not enough.

When it comes to heavier passengers, I think the best, most reliable option, is another bike.....
