Radmini power bike out of the box?

Noticed rear disk was warped and squeeked tried adjusting no help.I also noticed a wobble in the gear cluster? the headlight will not stay on while riding. Contacted radpower bikes their response was that the gear cluster will straighten out under load, could not verify that while riding? And I quote from radpower bikes unfortunately this is normal wear and tear component and the adjustment/replacement of one would not be covered under warranty. WTF

Out of the box is not normal wear and tear. A warped disc should be replaced under warranty. On the other hand, a wobbling freewheel is "normal." It is caused by a hub that is not machined perfectly. How much wobbling is acceptable? There is no set answer.
