Rack XDURO HardNine 6.0 (2017)

I've got a question regarding my 2017 year XDURO HardNine 6.0
The hole marked with blue is a threaded hole. It seams to be smaller than M5 but larger than M4.

Is this blue hole the correct place to attach a rack, or would it be more correct to use the red hole, which is much larger but not threaded? If the blue hole may be used, any idea how to figure out which dimension the thread is?

I can now answer my own question, incase someone else will be in the same situation

The hole marked with blue circle is indeed M5 Thread and perfect for mounting a rack. The paint in the thread just had to be removed by tap.
