Prospective e-bike rider from OKC says hello

Hi, I'm a retired guy in Oklahoma City, looking for my first Ebike. I love my Triumph Bonneville, but I've been riding it less and less for the past couple of years, and I think an e-bike would be more practical for most of my riding now. I test-rode my first Ebike a couple of days ago, and really liked it. Now I just need to make a selection. Choices seem relatively limited in OKC, which is not the most progressive place, so I'll be asking for advice on other sections of the forum. I was pleasantly surprised to see how large the Ebike community is. I'm looking forward to learning more about Ebikes and becoming a regular rider.

Welcome to the site. I am age 68 and some days my knees are better than others. I huff & puff when I can, whirr along electrically when I can't. Geared hub motor helps the powerless rides, no drag.
While you touring the stores take a tape measure and measure the stem to seatpost difference of the bikes that fit you. Frames come in different sizes and if you have to mail/internet order some bike, make sure you get the right size.
