Problems Contacting M2S Bikes

I purchased an All Terrain Ultra | Bafang Ultra Fat Electric Bike last year and loved it at first. Noticed a a problem with a noise in the front end and brought it to a local bike shop. The mechanic notified me that the head tube was egg shaped and stated that it could not be fixed. After contacting the company, they sent me a new frame. The frame comes pre-wired. After completing the swap the mechanic could not get the motor to work. I have contacted the company by both email and phone. The only call back that the mechanic has gotten was from a salesman that knew very little about the bike. Has anyone had the same problem with the bike or in trying to get help from the company?

There are a few communication issues noted on the M2S sub-forum. If you want other owners to get notifications of your post, you should repost this in that sub.

Shame you have had so many issues. Frame is a big deal. I had a Raleigh road bike years ago with the same exact issue. I wish you luck!
