Problem with battery on the Raleigh motus 2015 model

Hi I’ve got a raleigh motus2017 with battery in the rack my problem is I can’t get the battery out I’ve turned the key but it’s stuck can anyone help

We have a 2017 Raleigh Sprite IE. If the slide out battery is the same as yours. There is just a small metal tab on the bottom of the battery that catches the tray. If the key is not turned all the way it will not fully release. Even when it does, I have to give a good tug to release the battery from the controller. Our 2016 iZip E3 (also Raleigh) works the same way.
